Pittman Park is an agency of Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia. This gives us access to a warehouse of discounted food for Backpack Buddies and our Can Do Spirit Food Pantry. The problem is that we need to travel to the Savannah location to be able to access the full range of what Second Harvest offers. We depend on volunteers with spacious vehicles and flexible schedules to make these food runs for us. If you would like to join our ranks of Second Harvest shoppers, contact the church office so we can sign you up for a one-time orientation at Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia. These orientations are held on the first Thursdays of each month at 10 a.m.
