Every year, as the crisp air of November turns to December, our church embraces the Advent season—a time of waiting, watching, and welcoming Christ into our hearts and our community.

And what better way to kick off this season of wonder than with a joyous night of fellowship, food, and family fun?

We invite your entire family to our time-honored tradition: Come to Christmas!

Come To Christmas: A Night of Fellowship, Fun, and Our Star Lighting

On Sunday, November 30th, join us for an afternoon designed to bring all generations together and begin turning our hearts toward Emmanuel—God with us.

Here’s what awaits you:

  • Fellowship & Food: Enjoy a potluck meal, delicious treats, and warm conversations with friends old and new.
  • Fun Arts & Crafts: Creative activities the whole family will love, perfect for making holiday memories.
  • Christmas Star Lighting: The grand finale! We will gather together to watch the magnificent moment when we light the star high atop the Pittman Park tower, a beautiful symbol of the hope and light that Christ brings to our community.

The Deeper Invitation of Advent

Christmas isn’t just a date on the calendar; it is God’s profound invitation to draw closer—to experience Him stepping into our world. This season is a chance to remember the true story of how God put on flesh and dwelt among us.

Come and remember.

Come and rejoice.

Come and bring someone who needs hope.

Come and make a memory.

My prayer is that this year won’t be “just another Christmas,” but a time when you truly experience the wonder of Advent. Let’s make room for Jesus together.

God bless,

Jonathan
