River of Life Logo

Serve in Statesboro, Georgia, July 8-12

Each year middle and high school students come together for five days to grow their faith through local missions. They work to serve the church and community organizations during the day and take time for worship, teaching and team-building in the evenings. In 2026, River of Life will be hosted by Pittman Park UMC in Statesboro, Georgia. The theme is “Built to Last” with a focus on Nehemiah 8:10. We will welcome Anne Bosarge as our guest speaker.

How to Register

Contact your home church leadership to register of volunteer for River of Life 2026. The cost to attend is $150 plus any travel costs for your group.

Accommodations

Students and chaperones will be eating, sleeping and worshipping at Pittman Park UMC in Statesboro, Georgia. Students will travel off-site each day for service activities and showers.

Ages

River of Lie is for students entering grades 6-12 in the fall. Students attend with their home church chaperones.
