Open Doors, Open Hearts

Church family,

What a season of celebration and generosity we’re living in together! As we look back with joy and ahead with hope, I’m reminded again and again that Pittman Park is a church of open doors and open hearts—ready to pour into the lives of others with love, faith, and purpose.

This past Sunday, we honored our graduates with pride and prayer. We celebrated Kaylee Owens and others who are stepping into new chapters with courage and calling. Whether it’s college, career, or the next right step, these young people remind us that the Spirit is always on the move—calling us out of comfort and into bold discipleship.

Speaking of bold steps, I’m thrilled to share an exciting update on our AC Special Offering: as of today, $40,000 has already been given, and an additional $20,000 has been pledged! That’s $60,000 of our $200,000 goal for replacing the HVAC system in our Fellowship Hall. This space isn’t just a room—it’s where our community gathers, ministries grow, and God’s love is felt in casseroles, coffee, and conversations. From baby showers to Bible studies, Scout troops to family suppers, it’s a vital space for connection.

Your generosity is helping us keep the doors open—literally and spiritually. Every dollar given is 100% designated for this project, and I believe God is already using your kindhearted giving to shape stories of grace we haven’t even heard yet.

Now, as we turn the calendar toward summer, don’t blink—there’s so much more coming. From Aloha Camp to mission trips, small groups to summer fun, we are entering a season of joyful ministry and spiritual momentum. I can’t wait to see how God moves through the months ahead.

So let’s keep walking forward—with open doors, open hearts, and a deep trust in the One who leads us every step of the way.

Gratefully and expectantly,
Stephanie
