As Building Administrator, Ryan Heins is our go-to guy for building maintenance and improvements. He works with the church staff, Board of Trustees, and XYZ volunteer maintenance crew to execute projects large and small. Ryan is married to Megan Heins and his children are Grant and Abigail. Ryan’s hobby is fabricating useful objects with his 3D printer, and you have likely seen his creations around the church!
Here are Ryan’s answers to our Meet the Church questions:
What is your favorite thing about working at Pittman Park?
I started working with the XYZ group in summer 2024 and really enjoyed getting to fellowship with those individuals and learn their stories.
What other jobs have you had outside Pittman Park?
I am the Director of Business and Administration of University Housing at Georgia Southern and have had a variety of roles within the housing office over 16 years. I have also worked at Appalachian State University and The University of Southern Mississippi.
What did you want to do for a job when you were a child?
I honestly don’t remember a lot about what I wanted to be as a child, except the usual things like police officer, firefighter and, of course, baseball player.
