Donations Needed for Medical Mission Trip

The Medical Mission Team is heading to the Dominican Republic June 21-28. Can you help them gather items to distribute to people there? Most of the medications needed can be purchased generically at discount stores.
NOTE: Please check that all medications will not expire until at least December 2025, we cannot use expired medications.

Vitamins (No Gummies! They melt!)

  • Children’s chewable vitamins
  • Infant liquid vitamins (Poly-vi-sol)
  • Prenatal Vitamins (with at least 400 mg folate/folic acid)
  • Adult Multivitamins
  • Iron (ferrous sulfate)

Antacids (NO LIQUIDS)

  • PeptoBismol (Bismuth Salicylate)
  • Calcium carbonate (Tums)
  • Famotidine (Pepcid)
  • Omeprazole (Prilosec)
  • Esomeprazole (Nexium)

Anti-Diarrhea

  • Loperamide (Imodium)

Eye Drops/ Ear Drops for earwax removal/Nasal Sprays

  • Artificial Tears/Lubricant drops or Visine
  • Carbamide peroxide (Debrox)
  • Nasal saline spray (Little Noses, Simply Saline, Deep Sea, etc.)

Allergy/Cold (adult tablets or children’s chewables)

  • Loratadine (Claritin)
  • Diphenhydramine (Benadryl)
  • Cetirizine (Zyrtec)

Pain Relievers (children’s chewable tablets, infant’s liquid)

  • Acetaminophen (Tylenol)
  • Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin)

Creams

  • Anti-fungals (Clotrimazole, Miconazole, Lotrimin, Terbinafine, Lamisil, Tinactin)
  • Anti-biotic (Neomycin, Triple Antibiotic, etc.)
  • Hydrocortisone (Cortisone 10)
  • Diphenhydramine HCl (Benadryl)

Equipment

  • Suction bulb syringes for babies
  • Non-sterile NON-Latex gloves size small, med, and large
  • Electronic battery operated BP monitor
