It’s an exciting time for young people at Pittman Park!

This upcoming weekend, our confirmands will be heading to St. Simons Island for their Confirmation Retreat. At this retreat, fifth and sixth graders from across the state will come together to learn how to own their faith and live as disciples of Jesus Christ. Please join me in praying for our young people as they travel, worship, learn, and grow together this weekend. May God stir within them a desire to commit their lives to Him.

Next weekend, our youth will be going on their annual spring retreat. This time away will allow them to intentionally focus on their faith and the community that God is building among them. Please pray for Bekah Hoogerwerf and John Washington, who will be leading and guiding our youth.

Every day, these ministries help us pass our faith in Jesus Christ on to the next generation. It is our honor and privilege to pray for our young people, to cheer them forward in life and faith, and to bless them as God forms them. Let’s be intentional and praying for them for the next two weeks.
