Pittman Park Education Center

About The School

The most important time in your child’s development is birth through the age of five. The team at Pittman Park Education Center (PPEC) in Statesboro strives to provide a fun, safe learning environment that fosters intellectual and social growth for these formative years. The teachers at PPEC work to promote a deep love of learning through hands-on experiences, engaging play, and meaningful conversations that promote a lifelong love of learning. PPEC has met the qualifications to become a licensed childcare provider in the state of Georgia. This means staff must offer students a variety of learning experiences including a balance of quiet time and active engagement and an array of individual, small, and large group activities.

The center was established as a ministry of Pittman Park UMC in 1983.
