You’ll find Regina Days-Bryan at the traditional service–usually on stage! She sings in the Chancel Choir, serves as lay liturgist and directs the Wesley Ringers Handbell Choir. But her talents don’t stop at music. Did you know she’s in the Georgia Southern Athletics Hall of Fame? We asked Regina a few questions to get to know her a little better.
What is your favorite Pittman Park memory?
The first time I remember setting foot in Pittman Park was in 1987. I was a student at Georgia Southern and was the speaker for the Girl Scouts’ 75th anniversary. But my favorite memory of course was my wedding! Bill and I were married at PPUMC in 1998.
What do you like best about Pittman Park?
I love the friendly and welcoming greetings. From the beginning, I felt like I belonged here.
Are you a dog person or a cat person?
I am definitely a dog person. Dogs seem to love you even when you are at your worst.
What is your superpower?
My superpower is my ability to motivate people. People don’t always see their own strengths; I like to encourage them until they do.
Love, love, love Ms. Regina! We are so blessed to have her and Bill!
