You can find Diego and Paola most Sundays up front in the sanctuary. Diego plays the piano, and Paola sings in the choir. They moved to Statesboro from Medellín, Colombia in January. Let’s get to know this talented couple!
What do you like best about Pittman Park?
The people are always so warm, happy and caring about each other. Even caring about people they don’t know. They always have smiles on their faces. They are fun!
Are you a dog person or a cat person?
Paola doesn’t allow me to have a cat, so dog. Diego’s brother in Medellín has three dogs that are like nephews and nieces.
What is your superpower?
Diego roasts fresh Colombian coffee beans to order from his apartment.

We just love them! Paola is part of the sewing for missions group and attends one of the women’s circle’s meetings. They have fast become part of our church family!!!
