Hello Pittman Park!
I am so glad to be reappointed to be a part of this community of faith! Stephanie, Addie, Lily Grace, and I are excited to be your pastoral family and to come along side of you as you live out your faith here in Statesboro.
As we begin this new year of ministry, I am excited by what I see happening at Pittman Park: each week we have new individuals and families joining us for worship, we have new children who have joined us for Vacation Bible School, a growing youth ministry that is meeting students where they are and helping them to grow, and a Prime Time Adult ministry that is so much fun to be a part of. Not to mention our Sunday School classes and small groups that give us places to connect with each other and God in intimate ways.
As I’ve said before, God is moving here at Pittman Park, our church is growing, we are reaching new people, and there is a sense of excitement in the air as we continue the work of Making Disciples and Transforming the World.
I pray that we would band together in these days to seek God’s presence and God’s direction for our lives, for our community, and for our church. The future is bright here and I can’t wait to see how God is going to use each of us for God’s mission here in Statesboro.
One last thing… I want to be connected to you. So, if you ever have a question or need to reach me for any reason, please add me to the contacts on your phone:
Please pray for me and my family, I’m praying for you and for our future together.
For Jesus. For People. For Community.
Thank you and we are praying for your family.

I have been praying for your family since “the beginning” of your time here and will continue to do so. You have been a blessing to many and will continue to bless, encourage, and elp us. I pray that we can be a blessing to you as well. Bobbie
I love this Pastor’s Corner, and also the PPUMC newsletter. Being so far away great way for me and Betty to stay connected. We love you, Jonathan. In His Spirit we pray!
